Watch Fast and Furious 6 Online The film is the final series entry from director Justin Lin, who picked up a fledgling franchise and carried it into the blockbuster realm. It also marks the culmination of a story that began at the end of Tokyo Drift, when a cameo from Vin Diesel signaled the shift from a set of loosely connected films to a tightly intertwined set of stories and characters. Finally, It marks the total obliteration of any semblance of reality or logic in the franchise. Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel), Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) and their crew are drawn out of hiding when the man who tried to hunt them down,

He needs them to track down Owen Shaw (Luke Evans), a British criminal planning to steal a weapons navigation system that could mean millions of deaths. At first refusing, Dom is lured into the globe-trotting mission for reason- his former girlfriend Lettie (Michelle Rodriguez), who he thought dead, is part of Shaw’s gang. So, the franchise about car racing has morphed into a heist franchise with a car racing subplot. Certainly, the big machines are there, but with the exception of one rip-roaring chase through London, the street racing has been largely shelved. This is not such a bad thing, as it happens, because ‘Fast & Furious 6’ is in every sense a crowd pleaser. Does the plot make sense? Barely; is the script terrible? Yes (one Johnson classic is ‘the last thing I want is to be on your doorstep selling Girl Scout cookies’); but there’s high octane action, explosions, babes, car chases, muscle-bound stars and exotic locales. It’s not very clever, but it is very big. Fun, too.

It’s hard to tell if Diesel enjoys his status as star of the franchise, as mostly he glares and slurs. It works though, because it’s his ‘too cool to care’ approach makes him seem very, well, cool on screen. Walker is probably just happy to be working, the once-promising lead of the first two films now relegated to a largely supporting slot to the main attractions of Diesel and Johnson. Speaking of Dwayne, he clearly is a man enjoying his work- a torrent of machismo and assertiveness, him and Diesel make an entertaining pair. Rodriguez is back in the fold and kicking ass, including an excellent fight scene with former MMA star Gina Carano (stiffly portraying Hobbs’ new partner). Kudos also to Luke Evans, becoming the first memorable baddie in all six movies, having an air of charisma that doesn’t rely of abandoning subtlety.

More of the same in some respects, but with a little customisation ‘Fast and Furious 6’ makes you overlook the more ludicrous parts of its nature and just enjoy the ride. As for the future of the franchise mid-credits sequence suggest that Dom, Hobbs and the rest aren’t going anywhere, which wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.A Manila premiere that brought Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Gina Carano, and Luke Evans (as well as select foreign press) here had everyone hyped—and much deservedly so. This was Manila’s first big Hollywood franchise that cared enough to bring in four of its film’s stars.

Even Diesel, who was clearly emotional about the whole thing, would not stop saying that this has been the best premiere he’s been to and that as soon as he returns to the studio, he’ll tell executives that they should certainly consider shooting scenes for future FF films in Manila.

So before I drift away from the review, is the sixth installment really the best they’ve done so far?

Download Fast and Furious 6 Movie Granted, the film is not designed for any acting awards, it does however deliver some over the top stunts that director Justin Lin was able to pull off with style. There will be a tank, an aircraft carrier, and even some wrestling action and lingo as well as MMA fighting care of Carano as Riley, a member of Hobbs’ team.

Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) recruits Dominic Toretto (Diesel) and his team—a family as he calls it—to retrieve a device from ex-SAS officer Owen Shaw (Evans). While Toretto would rather spend his time with Elena Neves (Elsa Pataky), Hobbs shows him a picture of Letty Ortiz (Rodriguez) as one of Shaw’s accomplices.

In exchange for their service, Toretto wants immunity and full pardon when they return to the US. The chase takes them to London and Spain and much of the entertainment really comes from the action sequences. Unexpected comedy from the bumbling duo Han (Sung Kang) and Roman (Tyrese Gibson) was also quite refreshing.

Evans character could have been made more menacing while Carano would have been a nice permanent addition to Toretto’s squad. While there’s a tender scene between Ortiz and Toretto, it was a minor speed bump in what is otherwise a frenetic movie.

“Fast & Furious 6” is satisfying in that it also closes the loop from “Tokyo Drift” just before the end credits rolled, revealing at the same time what the next installment holds, causing the audience to clap and gasp once more.

(Special thanks goes out to GBX Philippines for inviting me to the premiere. “Fast and Furious 6” is released and distributed by United International Pictures. It will open across Philippine theatres on May 24.)

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of all-stars as the global blockbuster franchise built on speed races to its next continent in “Fast & Furious 6.” Reuniting for their most high-stakes adventure yet, fan favorites Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and Elsa Pataky are joined by badass series newcomers Luke Evans and Gina Carano.

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Watch Fast and Furious 6 Movie Online Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

Building on the worldwide blockbuster success of Fast Five and taking the action, stunts and narrative to even greater heights, “Fast & Furious 6” sees director Justin Lin back behind the camera for the fourth time. He is supported by longtime producers Neal H. Moritz and Vin Diesel, who welcome producer Clayton Townsend back to the series. Dominic Toretto’s past catches up with him in unexpected ways in Fast & Furious 6, the penultimate installment in the urban street racing-turned heist franchise. An offer from federal agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) gives Dom the chance to reunite his scattered family after years of running from the law. However, this comes at a price: the criminal faction he must take down includes his old flame Letty (Michele Rodriguez), who has mysteriously reappeared after she was thought dead in Fast & Furious.

Screenwriter Chris Morgan and director Justin Lin are returning behind the camera, working reuniting with stars Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. The new cast additions include Gina Carano (Haywire) playing Hobbs’ new partner and Luke Evans (Immortals) as the law-breaking mastermind who stands between Dom and claiming his future (not to mention, reconciling his past in the form of Letty).

A rumor about the post-credits scene setting up Fast & Furious 7 better explains how the Lin and Morgan are both wrapping up the Dom/Letty subplot AND tying off the threads left dangling since Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. It also goes back to Diesel’s comments before the sixth movie began production, about there being too many plot elements to payoff in just two hours.

Fast & Furious 6 looks good for reasons that go beyond racing sequences involving tanks or set pieces in the shape of plummeting aircraft (though, those don’t hurt, of course), as Diesel and Rodriguez discuss in the new featurette. The series themes of brotherhood, forming across the divides of ethnicity and class, appear to continue developing in satisfying ways. Besides, any film that gives metaphorical significance to fisticuffs between Carano and Rodriguez (representing Dom’s future and past, respectively), is pretty awesome in my book.

Watch Fast and Furious 6 Online Free “All roads lead to this.” That’s the tagline for Fast and Furious 6 and it’s appropriate on several different levels.

Speeding through a city with a huge safe in tow seemed crazy in Fast Five. In Fast and Furious 6 Lin expands the action to absurd proportions, creating set pieces and action beats that defy physics and coherence. Yet it all works to purring perfection. After five movies, all roads indeed lead to this madness.

Picking up almost immediately where Fast Five left off, we’re once again with Brian (Paul Walker) and Dom (Vin Diesel), who are enjoying living life as retired multi-millionaires. Government agent Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) comes knocking in search of their unique skill set for high-stakes crime, as he needs help with the apprehension of international criminal Owen Shaw (Luke Evans). From there, the Fast Five team – including characters played by Ludacris, Tyrese, Sung Kang and Gal Gadot – is reassembled. This happens fairly quickly, allowing Lin to dive into first of many action set pieces, many of which are almost too unbelievable.

You might think that the Fast & Furious series is just a brainless action fest, and for the most part you’d be entirely correct. However there are quite a few events and characters from Fast & Furious (the fourth film) and Fast Five that feed into what happens in Fast & Furious 6, and all three of these movies actually take place before Tokyo Drift (the third film). While it’s not quite like trying to catch up with Lost mid-season, it does help to come prepared.

The whole gang are rich and relaxed after the events in Rio, but previous antagonist Special Agent Hobbs (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) shows up on their front door looking for help. New bad guy on the block Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) is collecting bits of a super-weapon from all over the world, with the final part to be found in London. As an added incentive to help, Hobbs reveals that Dominic Toretto’s (Vin Diesel) supposedly dead ex-girlfriend Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) is actually alive and well and working with the villains. Cue a globe-trotting adventure from England to Spain to Russia to Los Angeles as the gang attempt to bring down Shaw’s crew who are just as vehicularly talented as Toretto’s. With new bad guys, new good guys (Gina Carano shows up as Hobbs’ second in command) and the return of Rodriguez, some of the series regulars get unfairly side-lined or just chopped out entirely. The rest don’t have anything new to do; Paul Walker is still very much the sub to Vin Diesel’s Dom, The Rock is a walking steroid constantly spouting confusing similes, and everyone else is either comic relief or eye candy.

After Fast Five came out of nowhere to blow us all away, expectations were high for this entry, and unfortunately it doesn’t quite reach them. Despite the more convoluted plot, this movie’s IQ is even lower than previous entries, with things like logic and realistic character development left on the side of the road to hitch-hike their own way to the finish line. Also, while the action sequences are bigger – the tanks, the planes, oh my! – this time round there seems to be less of them, with the movie taking way too long to properly rev up its engines for the extended, hugely explosive finale.

Watch Fast and Furious 6 Online As far as Fast & Furious films go, Six is the second best of the bunch, never quite reaching the giddy highs of Five. However, we are treated to a post-credits teaser for Seven which should have fans drooling for next summer’s entry; no doubt our expectations will go up even higher. Here’s hoping next time they’re met.

Parents need to know that Fast & Furious 6 is a continuation of the long-running car chase franchise starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Vin Diesel, and Paul Walker. Johnson returns as Special Agent Luke Hobbs, who enlists the help of outlaw criminal Dom Toretto (Diesel) to bring down a rival gang, led by Owen Shaw (Luke Evans). When Hobbs offers Dom and his crew full pardons for their previous crimes, they join forces against Shaw’s gang — which includes Dom’s presumed-dead ex-lover, Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) — in a showdown of violent explosions, vehicular combat, and fast cars. This action-packed sequel will likely contain strong language and violence best suited for older teens.
